Also called the "hilltop binoculars", this uniquely-shaped art museum was designed by a famous architect, Isozaki Arata, and it eventually became known as one of his early period masterpieces. It has a wide collection of modern art pieces. You can also relax and enjoy the full view of the ocean and the streetscape from the café inside the museum.
