Mikuni World Stadium Kitakyushu (Kitakyushu Stadium) opened on March 12, 2017 as a seaside/downtown stadium.
It holds approx. 15,300 spectators and has only an 8-m. distance from the front row seats to the touchdown line/goal line.

The facility gives residents excitement and fulfills their dreams through football J League and rugby Top League games, and football and rugby competitions for elementary, jr. high and high school students, ground golf tournaments, and "open grass day," as well as various events that bring thrills to the city.
